Chaos at Nsawam Adoagyiri on may 23rd, 2025,friday has led to many Properties Destroyed by alleged zongo Ghetto boys.
Speaking the eyewitness they explained that the misunderstanding is a pending issues which led to two ghettos fighting each other.
one witness said,one person who is said to be a muslim got hurt during the misunderstanding and has led to his untimely death.
due to that,other side of the ghetto which happens to be muslims entered the adoagyiri town,burn and unturn stores,destroyed cars and many more.
on saturday,may 2025,the member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri,HON.FRANK ANNOR DOMPRED,and the Minority Chief Whip pledged to compensate individuals victims whose properties were destroyed during the clashes between rival group.
speaking to his constituents during his visitation,he urged them to restore peace and desist from any future recurrence.
he assured them that the culprit of the incident will be brought to book to face the low.
the Chief of Adoagyiri OBARIMA ADUKOKOR III refute the allegations labeling the incident as Chieftaincy issues. he said the chief are not involved in the ongoing incident as they’re living in peace
the eastern-south regional police commander DCOP OHENE-BOADI BOSSMAN pledged to restore peace and prevent future occurrence.
